Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow plans
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations using best practices
  • Provide expertise in customization and configuration of ServiceNow for optimal performance and user experience
  • Lead and mentor junior developers in a collaborative environment
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging ServiceNow development best practices
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years on the platform
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and excellent scripting skills
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM implementation and development tools
  • ServiceNow certification(s) such as CAD or CIS CSM is highly desirable
