Are you a skilled ServiceNow developer looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform?

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Solutions: Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop Catalog Items and Workflows: Develop ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications to meet telecom order management needs.
  • Configure and Customize Modules: Configure and customize Order Management modules to enable seamless handling of product orders, service requests, and provisioning workflows.
  • Integrate with Third-Party Systems: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, OSS/BSS platforms, and legacy systems commonly used in telecom environments.
  • Support UAT and Defect Fixing: Support UAT, defect fixing, and performance tuning for order management processes.
  • Agile Delivery Practices: Follow Agile delivery practices and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Requirements:

  • Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module.
  • Experience in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or ITSM is an advantage.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
  • Telecom domain knowledge, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and Fulfillment.
  • Ability to write technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides.
  • Experience in working in Agile/DevOps environments.
