Vendor Relationship Management Role

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and other supply-side stakeholders. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for these entities and develop strategies to identify and onboard new vendors based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant databases and systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
  • Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • This role requires high degree of cross-functional collaboration and coordination.
  • Regular connect with procurement team to ensure process and end objectives are as per business requirement.
  • Working closely with operations and central ops in understanding the various challenges issues, feedback and ensuring vendors are aligned.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA from tier-1 institute.
  • 8+ years of experience managing automotive OEMs; charging OEMs; related vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems, data analysis tools).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
