Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and other supply-side stakeholders.
Build a strategy to identify and onboard new vendors based on requirements, commercials, coverage, service support, and dealer network.
Align service level agreements with vendors on various aspects of business requirements, ensuring SLAs are adhered to.
Periodically review vendor performance, working jointly with ops and central ops to ensure issues are escalated to vendors for quick resolution.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders-internal and external, in a timely and professional manner.
Negotiate with vendors to ensure best possible terms and conditions.
Create a close loop cycle of customer feedback, internal feedback, and implementing those with vendors for long-term sustainability of business.

Process Excellence:

Develop, implement, and monitor process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify areas for process optimization and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Data Maintenance:

Work with vendors to track performance through ticketing system integration of vendor systems with our system to ensure data records are properly maintained.
Review data jointly with cross-functional teams to ensure actioning and process improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant databases and systems.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

This role requires high degree of cross-functional collaboration and coordination.
Regular connect with procurement team to ensure process and end objectives are as per business requirement.
Working closely with operations and central ops in understanding various challenges, issues, feedback, and ensuring vendors are aligned.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Provide support and guidance to team members as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA from tier-1 institute.
8+ years of experience managing automotive OEMs; charging OEMs; related vendors.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems, data analysis tools).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Stakeholder management; ability to negotiate; work cross-functional; strong bias for action and go-getter who can lead teams towards excellence.
