Job Title: Pre-Sales Manager at RARR Technologies
Job Summary:
RARR Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing bid and proposal support to our business development and sales teams, developing and managing an OEM/vendor ecosystem, and overseeing the entire bid process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bid and proposal support to the business development and sales teams.
- Develop and manage an OEM/vendor ecosystem to support various organizational initiatives.
- Oversee the entire bid process, including the preparation of techno-commercial proposals and submittals for review and approval by Heads of Departments (HODs).
- Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and solution design documents.
- Coordinate tender reviews and manage deadlines in alignment with customer frameworks.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and presentations of our products and solutions.
- Monitor market price benchmarks to establish appropriate list prices and discount strategies based on competitive analysis.
- Engage in pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, solution design, and development of customer-ready proposals.
- Participate in new initiatives to develop innovative solutions and gather market intelligence.
Qualification & Skill Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in pre-sales and/or business development within technology services, particularly in sectors like Smart Cities or Traffic & Transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conceptualize projects and gather market intelligence to present comprehensive solutions involving the OEM ecosystem.
- In-depth knowledge of contract terms and conditions, with strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships at all levels.
