Sales Strategist

FieldAssist is a top-tier SaaS platform that specializes in optimizing Route-to-Market strategies and enhancing brand relationships within the CPG partner ecosystem.
We reach 10,000 distributors and 7.5 million retail outlets across GT and MT every day and equip sales teams, managers, distributors, sales heads, and CXOs with an all-in-one platform, enabling them to make informed decisions that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of prospective clients' business needs, industry trends, and competitors' offerings.
- Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and product overviews to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Client Requirements: Gather and document client requirements, and provide feedback to the product development team to ensure continuous improvement of our offerings.
- Proposal Development: Customize and tailor product demonstrations and proposals according to client needs, including responding to RFPs and RFIs.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and marketing teams, to customize and tailor product demonstrations and proposals according to client needs.
- Sales Collateral: Assist in the creation of sales collateral, including product datasheets, case studies, and technical documentation.
- Technical Support: Respond to technical inquiries and provide pre-sales technical support to potential clients.
- Training and Development: Conduct product trainings and workshops for the sales team to enhance their understanding of our offerings.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Sales Process: Contribute to the development and refinement of the sales process, strategies, and best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 year of experience in a presales or similar role, preferably in the software industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- CRM Software: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
- Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
