Job Title: Brand Strategist

Job Summary:

At CoverYou, we are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategist to develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that enhance our market presence and ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals.

• Conduct market research to identify new branding opportunities and trends.

• Define brand positioning, messaging, and target audience.

Marketing Collateral Management:

• Create, design, and oversee the production of marketing materials including brochures, danglers, and other promotional items.

• Ensure all marketing collateral is consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the brand message.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

• Utilize social media tools to engage with the audience, manage online presence, and drive brand awareness.

• Monitor and analyse the performance of digital campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Testimonials & Case Studies:

• Collect and manage customer testimonials to build credibility and enhance brand reputation.

• Create compelling case studies that highlight customer success stories and the impact of our branding initiatives.

Coordination:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of branding initiatives.

• Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in brand management or a similar role.

• Proven experience in creating and managing marketing collateral such as brochures and danglers.

• Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Creative thinker with a passion for branding and marketing.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in graphic design or familiarity with design software.

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.

• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
