Technical Pre-Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Technical Pre-Sales professional to join our team at VVDN Technologies Pvt Ltd, focusing on enhancing our Software Testing Services business. The ideal candidate will have a technical background combined with pre-sales expertise, a solution-oriented approach, a proven track record in technical sales support, and the ability to create and present technical proposals for customer RFPs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive technical proposals and responses to customer RFPs/RFIs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business goals.
  • Provide technical consultation to potential clients, understanding their software testing needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and propose effective software testing solutions that address customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, ensuring presentations effectively communicate the problem statement and the proposed solution in the right context.
  • Create detailed technical documentation to support sales proposals, including solution architecture, implementation plans, and cost estimates.
  • Conduct customer workshops to gather requirements, demonstrate capabilities, and ensure a clear understanding of the proposed solutions.
Desirable Skills:
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the software testing services domain. Provide feedback and insights to the management team for prospective business and areas of improvement.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Share knowledge and insights with the sales and technical teams to enhance their capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in technical pre-sales, technical sales support, or solution architecture, preferably in the software testing or quality assurance industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SDLC, software testing services, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and automated testing.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
