Senior Consumer Insights Analyst

Our team is seeking a results-driven professional to fill the role of Digital Insights Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality insights and reports that inform marketing and content strategy for top global brands.
This role involves working with social media listening tools to uncover trends, decode consumer conversations, and translate data into actionable insights. You will manage delivery of recurring digital and social media reports with a focus on consumer behavior and content trends.
You will also be responsible for interpreting conversation data to extract meaningful insights about consumer needs, sentiment, and preferences. Additionally, you will validate tagging, queries, and data outputs completed by junior team members and engage in strategic discussions to optimize the value of insights across brand teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 2–4 years of experience in digital analytics, social media intelligence, or consumer insights.
- Hands-on experience with at least one social listening tool such as Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Brandwatch, or similar.
- Strong grasp of KPIs like engagement, sentiment, share of voice, and content format.
- Proven track record in storytelling using PowerPoint and Excel-based dashboards.
- Understanding of digital consumer behavior, audience segmentation, and content performance metrics.
