Dedicated Night Operations Coordinator

Location: Ahmedabad (Preferred candidates from Ahmedabad, Gujarat)

Company Overview:

Leading luxury travel company in Ahmedabad and Mumbai is seeking a skilled professional to manage ticketing operations during evening and night hours.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Night Shift Ticketing Executive to oversee ticketing operations, handle client queries efficiently, and work on GDS platforms for reservations and ticket issuance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ticketing Operations:

o Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets.

o Handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements.

o Monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.

2. Customer Support:

o Provide customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift.

o Assist clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies.

3. System Handling:

o Work on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance.

o Ensure accurate data entry and booking processes.

4. Coordination:

o Liaise with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations.

o Update clients on travel schedules, changes, and airline policies.

5. Reporting & Compliance:

o Maintain accurate transaction logs and prepare daily reports.

o Follow industry regulations and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services.

· Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). Certification is an advantage.

· Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a night shift setup.

· Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Candidates based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat will be given preference.

· Experience handling night shift operations.

Work Hours (Night Shift):

Sunday to Friday: 06:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight

Week Offs & Holidays: 10:00 AM – 05:00 PM
