We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Executive to fill this critical role.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the field team, ensuring timely presence at designated venues, and managing logistics including travel arrangements, food, and accommodation. They will also be responsible for maintaining an active database of vendors and equipment rentals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the Field Manager, LCB Manager, and Brand Manager to execute instructions and achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate with the field team to ensure efficient deployment and attendance at venues, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Manage logistics, including arranging travel, providing meals, and securing accommodations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of vendors and equipment rentals, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Oversee operations on the ground, ensuring adherence to established operational guidelines and protocols.
  • Facilitate equipment testing and mitigation of technical/operational challenges, minimizing disruptions and maximizing productivity.
  • Manage petty cash and update finance-related information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Create and update reports based on pre-existing templates, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

They should have good knowledge of Marathi and English, enabling effective communication with stakeholders and colleagues. Additionally, they must be proficient in using digital tools and software, including databases and reporting systems.
