Job Title: Travel Operations Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Holiday Operations Professional who is passionate about leading a team catering to high net worth individual customers.

  • Develop comprehensive holiday itineraries incorporating hotels, flights, activities, and local experiences based on customer preferences and budget.
  • Manage hotel bookings, flight confirmations, activity arrangements, and other travel elements ensuring a seamless experience for our discerning clients.
  • Oversight of the entire holiday booking process to guarantee accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Effective communication with customers addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Resolution of customer escalations related to bookings and itinerary changes to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Building rapport with vendors to secure competitive rates and high-quality service delivery.
  • Staying updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.
  • Maintenance of accurate travel documentation ensuring necessary paperwork is completed before departure.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in holiday operations or a related field.
  • Experience in handling hotel bookings, flight confirmations, and travel itineraries.
  • Strong understanding of travel products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle customer escalations professionally.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Passion for travel and strong understanding of customer service principles.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive customer information.
