Our team is seeking a seasoned Administrative Operations Specialist to oversee daily support activities and streamline administrative procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations, effective time management, and strong communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and implement efficient administrative systems and processes.
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor office supplies and budget accordingly.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and vendor relationships.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities, including housekeeping, security, and event planning.
  • Evaluate policies and regulations for compliance.
  • Stay informed about organizational changes and business developments.
  • Ensure smooth information flow within the organization.
  • Negotiate with vendors and travel agents for best deals.
  • Manage employee calendars, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
  • Select and coordinate with vendors, manage inventory, and maintain office assets.
  • Develop and maintain good relations with government bodies and officials.
  • Track expenses and submit reports to senior authorities.
  • Maintain EHS and fire safety measures.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSET

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent documentation skills using MS Office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
  • Good time management, prioritization, and adaptability.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and administration support experience.
  • Basic drafting skills and mailing communication.
  • Proactive and reliable individual with ability to perform under pressure.
