Job Title: Community Outreach Coordinator

Key Objectives of the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Coordinator. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring that our programs are implemented effectively and efficiently.

Major Responsibilities:

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing our prevention programs in schools and conducting awareness sessions with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • They will also be required to document their field experiences in a timely manner.
  • Adherence to operational protocols, including regular reporting of field activities to coordinators, is essential.

To implement programs successfully while maintaining quality documentation.

Specialized Job Competencies:

  • A strong ability to work in a diverse team environment.
  • An interest in working with children is necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation or Post-graduation in Education, Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or related fields.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in group work with children and adolescents, conducting sessions, and facilitating discussions.
  • Freshers with similar voluntary work experience will also be considered.
