About Our Opportunity:

We're seeking a Community Outreach Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our presence across various community platforms.

The Role:

As a Community Outreach Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with community administrators on Telegram, Discord, and other platforms. You'll need to showcase the value of our platform and its unique features, highlighting how it can benefit these communities.

This is a remote, performance-based position where you'll earn a commission for each successful onboarding. Your hard work will directly impact our growth, and we're excited about the opportunity to collaborate with motivated individuals like you.

Responsibilities:

  • Find and reach out to relevant community administrators
  • Presentation and communication skills are essential for showcasing our platform's benefits
  • Help onboard interested administrators to our platform
  • Monitor their usage and ensure they remain active for at least 7 days
  • Report progress and metrics via a shared tracker

You'll Earn:

  • ₹500 per successful onboarding (when the administrator uses our platform actively for 7+ days)
  • Performance bonuses for high-volume onboarding
  • Long-term opportunities based on performance
  • Please note: This is a commission-only role. Compensation is fully based on successful onboardings and performance.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and messaging skills
  • Familiarity with community platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or others
  • Proficiency in English
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently

Experience Required:

We prioritize ability and performance over credentials. However, applicants with prior experience in community outreach, influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, or digital promotion will be preferred.
