As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing grassroots marketing initiatives to expand our user base and community across key markets. We're looking for a skilled professional with expertise in network marketing, affiliate growth, or community-driven strategies who can leverage personal and professional networks to drive referrals and word-of-mouth growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute referral-driven marketing campaigns leveraging personal and professional networks, affiliates, influencers, and brand advocates.">
  • Drive grassroots adoption by building strong relationships with local communities, associations, and groups.">
  • Develop reward-based marketing strategies to incentivize referrals and increase user engagement.">
  • Identify and onboard network leaders, micro-influencers, and community ambassadors in fintech/Web3 spaces.">
  • Monitor and analyze referral funnels, campaign performance, and ROI for all network-driven initiatives.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design network-centric campaigns (contests, ambassador programs, incentive structures).">
  • Represent the company at local meetups, webinars, and community events to build credibility and visibility.">

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in network marketing, affiliate marketing, or community-driven growth.">
  • Proven track record of success in building and scaling referral or ambassador programs.">
  • Strong connections within crypto, fintech, or digital communities (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, etc.).">
  • Understanding of performance-based growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI on referral campaigns).">
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.">
  • Ability to mobilize communities and turn users into brand advocates.">
