Senior Product Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Strategist to lead our product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that delight customers, meet regulatory requirements, and differentiate us in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and own the end-to-end product vision aligned with company goals and market trends in alternative investments. Conduct deep market and customer research to identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities.
  • Product Development: Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and development plans. Prioritize and manage a product roadmap balancing short-term impact with long-term innovation. Drive agile product development cycles and ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
  • Customer Experience & Innovation: Champion user experience and design thinking across the product lifecycle.
  • Data & Performance: Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, track success metrics, and iterate. Own KPIs around customer acquisition, engagement, retention etc.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate product with technology, operations, legal, risk, and marketing functions

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Deep understanding of fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments (e.g., HF, real estate, private credit, etc.).
    • Proven track record of building scalable B2C or B2B2C financial platforms or marketplaces.
    • Strong grasp of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial products.
    • Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or similar credentials a plus.
