Global People Coordinator

Are you a skilled communicator and team player with a passion for talent management? Do you have experience in HR and administration? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Coordinator of Global People.
About the Role:- Manage the Global People and Talent (SAO) function, including job descriptions, employee communications, and compliance with employment laws.
- Responsible for maintaining discipline and decorum of the office, resolving inter-personal issues, and initiating disciplinary action as needed.
- Oversee the administration of the SAO, including purchases, publications, printing, and order processing.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Government of India laws and statutes.
- Provide on-site support for international meetings and represent Rotary at selected conferences and seminars.
- Manage the Global People and Talent (SAO) team, including training, recruitment, and administration.
- Keep SAO Policy & Procedures Manual and all other manuals updated through periodic review and revision.
- Carry out training needs analysis and conduct in-house training.
- Enhance and implement strategic plan for SAO, keeping in view the strategic plan of RI, The Rotary Foundation (TRF), and Secretariat at WHQ.
- Oversee compliance with all applicable Government of India laws and statutes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to give presentations before a large number of participants.
- Strong analytical, HR, and interpersonal administrative skills.
- Open to travel.
