We are seeking a skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM campaign strategy across multiple categories.
  • Coordinate daily business-as-usual tasks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive results.
  • Design customer journeys across various touchpoints, ensuring seamless experiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including creative, category, product, and analytics, to drive success.
  • Bulletproof dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Drive data-driven decisions by analyzing campaign results and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Oversee vendor relationships for CRM platforms, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and staying up-to-date on new feature rollouts.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in consumer tech or e-commerce.
  • A strong grasp of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping concepts.
  • An analytical mindset with hands-on experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM and attribution tools, including Clevertap, MoEngage, and Branch.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
