Insurance Sales Leadership Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving insurance sales growth by leading and developing a team of Financial Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and motivate a high-performing team of Financial Advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide regular training and guidance to Financial Advisors on insurance products, sales processes, and industry trends.
  • Conduct frequent coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques among team members.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth through the recruited Financial Advisors and implement strategies to maximize their potential.
  • Monitor advisor performance and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Support Financial Advisors with field visits, joint calls, and customer interactions as needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates with sales experience in BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in team handling, recruitment, or direct field sales preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven individuals with leadership potential.
