About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to increase service expansion within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of field service representatives.

The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, evaluate the performance of the service team, and prepare concise service reports.

Key responsibilities include managing, training, and guiding the service team, setting reasonable service targets, monitoring performance, collecting customer feedback, and traveling to present company offerings and build brand awareness.

Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers is also essential.

Required skills and qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field, proven service experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills, outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills, effective communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills.
