Job Overview

As a Program Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful rollout of educational programs across multiple schools. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless program implementation while fostering strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.

The role requires a self-driven individual who excels in a collaborative environment and is adept at going beyond defined tasks to ensure program success.

  • Program Development: Collaborate closely with content teams to guarantee program quality, create, review, and approve program materials prior to implementation.
  • Program Implementation: Oversee program implementation across assigned schools, maintain timely delivery, and monitor key milestones.
  • School Collaboration: Conduct presentations, facilitate collaboration activities, and build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
  • Program Delivery: Execute program rollouts at schools, conduct classes for students, provide training sessions for teachers, orient parents and teachers, observe classes conducted by teachers to evaluate program effectiveness.

Additional responsibilities include providing ongoing support and guidance to teachers, conducting training sessions on program content, pedagogy, and assessment methods, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing among teachers, collecting data on program implementation and impact, preparing reports for stakeholders, and identifying areas for improvement based on received feedback.
