Chat Support Specialist Role

We are looking for an experienced Chat Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer support through live chat. This is a key position in our customer support team, and the selected candidate will play a vital role in delivering outstanding support to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in real-time, using effective communication to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets by employing consultative selling techniques and recommending suitable products.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and challenges to help us improve our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales conversion, preferably in the beauty and lifestyle sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive approach.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
