Customer Service Representative

About the role:
As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers.
Building strong relationships with our clients is crucial to driving business growth and ensuring their satisfaction.
You will listen actively, empathize, and help customers achieve their goals, while also managing incoming chats and emails and handling follow-up conversations as needed.
Addressing and resolving any customer issues related to business growth, billing, and account satisfaction is also an essential part of this role.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have a comprehensive understanding of our company's business model and be able to answer all customer-related inquiries confidently.
Demonstrating the value of our brand to our customers every day by providing outstanding support is critical to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving and recording any customer issues that arise pertaining to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional English communication skills, especially written
- A positive, polite, confident, sincere, and friendly disposition
- The ability to solve problems and think quickly on your feet
- The ability to stay calm, cool, and collected during stressful customer interactions
- Flexibility – we're growing and evolving, and you'll need to come along for the ride
- An eye for detail
- Knowledge of CRM is a plus
- 2+ years of experience
