Automotive Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Automotive Customer Service Representative.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Customer Requests: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through multiple channels.
  • Provide Exceptional Support: Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct Sales and Returns: Process sales and returns, and related requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyze Customer Needs: Assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, and provide solutions and alternatives within time limits.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Document customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with customer service representatives and other departments to find solutions to problems.
  • Develop Knowledge Content: Create and document knowledge into useful content to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Automotive Repair and Parts Knowledge: Required knowledge of automotive repair, parts, and components.
  • Technical or Engineering Background: Technical or engineering background is an asset.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English language.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Digital Literacy: Basic digital literacy, including proficiency in software applications and tools.
