Automotive Spare Parts Customer Service Specialist

  • Manage daily customer requests through a shared mailbox and provide exceptional support across multiple channels.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct product sales, process returns and related requests while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer issues, concerns, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with a team of customer service specialists and other departments to find effective solutions to problems.
  • Develop and document knowledge into useful content for future reference.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of automotive repair, parts, and components.
  • Achieve or surpass performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
