Job Description

As a Senior Executive, you will lead the management of our luxury automotive dealership, overseeing all operational aspects. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, enhancing market presence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional performance and customer experiences
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with luxury automotive brands and high-net-worth clientele
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize profitability
  • Drive innovation and adoption of best practices within the dealership environment
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and brand standards

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury automotive or related premium sectors
  • Proven expertise in managing operations, sales, marketing, and service departments
  • Experience working across at least three luxury automotive or premium industry segments (e.g., Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin)
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and people leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Passion for the luxury automotive industry and a commitment to excellence
