As a Senior Associate on our team, you will be responsible for all aspects of search execution, including managing end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments from leading research mapping to candidate engagement and client relationship management. You will also have the opportunity to work on mandates from multiple industries, sectors, and geographic regions, developing your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective research strategies to meet client requirements, specifying target companies and universes
  • Map the universe of a given assignment or product area, using market analysis and competitor structures to inform your approach
  • Conduct thorough research reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency in biographical information and candidate profiles
  • Network extensively via telephone with sources and candidates, building relationships and gathering insights to support your searches
  • Support consultants with marketing pitches, presentations, and candidate closure, demonstrating your ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in executive search or a related field
  • Bright, articulate, and well-presented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized and proactive, with a calm and unflappable temperament under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail, with first-rate organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
