Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team. This role will involve identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top-level executives for our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and source top-level executives for our clients.
  2. Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates' suitability for executive roles.
  3. Administer psychometric assessments to candidates, interpret the results, and create a summary report for submission to clients.
  4. Provide timely updates on the progress of hiring and share reports with clients.
  5. Maintain client confidentiality and manage the end-to-end search process.
  6. Work with internal stakeholders to identify and appoint a Transition Coach for candidates, facilitate chemistry meetings between coaches and candidates, and oversee the transition coaching process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills: The ability to build rapport with clients and candidates is essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Interviewing Techniques: A proven track record of conducting effective interviews and assessing candidates' suitability for executive roles.
  • Planning, Follow-up, and Relentless Execution: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Client Management Skills: The ability to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • Prior Experience: At least 2 years of experience in executive search is mandatory.
