Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their business and insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with our external sales team, underwriters, and other stakeholders to deliver excellent results and support.

The position holder shall be responsible for:

  • Identifying potential clients through market research, cold calling, and leveraging various digital platforms;
  • Engaging with clients to understand their business and insurance requirements, building long-term relationships;
  • Providing clients with detailed information about various insurance products, such as property, liability, health, and life insurance, ensuring they choose the best coverage for their needs;
  • Driving sales by effectively communicating value propositions, negotiating terms, and closing leads;
  • Working closely with our external sales and account management teams to align strategies and meet sales targets;
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies;
  • Providing insights and feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to help refine sales strategies.

Salary: ₹8.5 Lakhs - ₹11.0 Lakhs per annum

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales, preferably in the General Insurance or Insurance broking industry;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse levels of management;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Knowledge of Insurance Brokers Regulations and Insurance Products;
  • Good working knowledge of MS-Office applications, Word, PPT, Excel etc.
