  • Oversee daily operations for Imports & Exports departments
  • Ensure efficient delivery of cargo to customers

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with freight forwarding procedures and financials
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Logistics preferred)
  • 5+ years industry experience with preference for freight forwarding
  • 2+ years team management experience including managing team leads
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, data integrity, customer service mindset
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
