About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to join our team.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves managing end-to-end last mile delivery operations within a busy hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries and optimized routes, as well as leading and managing a team of delivery bikers to ensure performance standards are met.

In this role, you will oversee cash handling operations, including daily reconciliation of cash collected during deliveries. You will also track, monitor, and report on key metrics such as daily, weekly, and monthly delivery performance, return to origin (RTO), and other KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics with a focus on last-mile delivery operations or 4-5 years of experience in senior logistics executive roles. Prior experience in managing bikers and cash reconciliation is required.

A strong knowledge of city and nearby routes is essential, as is hands-on experience with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of logistics metrics. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
