Technical Project Manager

Are you a seasoned project management professional looking to take your skills to the next level? We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end projects that leverage intelligent automation and generative-AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI and RPA solutions.
  • Build and maintain detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
  • Drive discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Partner with solution architects to select models and orchestration frameworks.
  • Oversee development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on cloud platforms.
  • Champion secure-by-design practices, ensuring model governance and data privacy compliance.
  • Establish KPIs and deliver regular executive dashboards.
  • Mentor scrum teams and conduct sprint retrospectives.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives.
  • Demonstrated delivery of GenAI-based solutions.
  • Hands-on familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.
  • Proven command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban rituals; Jira and Confluence power user.
  • Solid grasp of cloud-native architectures and microservices.
  • Strong data literacy: SQL, basic Python, and model evaluation metrics.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs across product, legal, security, and operations.
