Delivery Excellence Leader

 

The role of a Delivery Excellence Leader is to oversee project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery and migration. This involves leading and managing the delivery team to ensure successful project outcomes.

 

This leader will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate closely with them to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure timely completion of projects.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the delivery team.
  • Supporting hiring and training initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities.
  • Collaborating closely with clients to meet their needs.
  • Engaging in delivery governance forums and collaborating with the Sales Team on proposals and strategic initiatives.

 

For this role, we are seeking an experienced professional who can manage and lead highly skilled teams. Key qualifications include:

  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects applicable to the HLS industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading highly skilled teams.
  • Ability to learn required domain and technology necessary for the program or area of engagement.

 

Deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive success. Ideal candidates should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to travel for customer meetings (10% to 25%).
