Job Title: Strategic Program Lead

    As a seasoned program lead, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives forward. Your comprehensive project plans and timelines will ensure seamless execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain program plans and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across departments such as Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, and Sales.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Lead regular program status meetings and communicate updates to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operations, systems, and culture.
  • Align processes, systems, and teams while minimizing disruption.
  • Monitor synergy realization and track performance metrics and KPIs post-program.
  • Support change management, communications, and cultural integration initiatives.
  • Manage due diligence and ensure successful program planning and execution.
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance considerations are addressed throughout the program process.

    Requirements:

  • 7+ years of program management experience with 3–5 years specifically in strategic initiatives or program management.
  • Experience in managing global programs or working with international teams.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar program management certification preferred.
  • Exposure to change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) is a plus.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience in private equity-backed or fast-paced corporate environments desirable.
