Job Title: Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cross-functional projects with varying complexity across IT and non-IT domains.
  • Establish governance methodologies, create templates, and implement best practices for program management.
  • Oversee the Knowledge Management System (KMS) to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Identify, assess, and track program risks, issues, and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to achieve project goals.
  • Supervise project managers and scrum masters to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree with demonstrated experience in program/project management.
  • Formal training in program and project management methodologies is essential.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are critical for success.
  • Excellent communication, MIS reporting, and presentation skills are required.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master can be beneficial.
  • A successful track record of delivering programs across IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing can be advantageous.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation can be a plus.
