Job Title: Employee Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the health and benefits of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing clients and develop new business opportunities
  • Studying client portfolios, consulting on risk management, and suggesting better policy terms
  • Gap analysis, proposal preparation, and client presentations
  • Client retention, Quarterly/Annual Client Satisfaction Surveys, and Business Invoicing
  • Collaboration with other practices for portfolio-level penetration and cross-selling
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry or TPA
  • Proven leadership skills, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good networking skills
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures, domain knowledge preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership role experience, ability to work with Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients
