We are seeking a seasoned Senior B2B Marketing Director to lead our growth marketing and content initiatives. This key leadership role is ideal for a high-performing marketer with expertise in campaign design, marketing automation, and lead generation across global markets.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable demand generation programs, aligning content to the buyer journey, and leveraging automation tools to optimize pipeline efficiency.

  • Lead development and execution of integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns focused on pipeline acceleration and MQL growth.
  • Design and optimize automated workflows, lead nurturing streams, and segmentation strategies using enterprise marketing automation platforms.
  • Build a content engine that supports the buyer journey, conceptualizing and delivering high-performing assets like blogs, whitepapers, landing pages, and email sequences.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and design teams to ensure message alignment and campaign consistency across touchpoints.
  • Implement lead scoring models and improve lead qualification workflows to enhance marketing-to-sales handoffs.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or marketing technology domains.
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end demand generation and marketing automation initiatives.
  • Expertise in tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or Eloqua is a must.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journey, sales funnel metrics, and content-led marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to write, edit, and oversee creation of various content formats.
