We are looking for a motivated and energetic Executive Assistant to Director to provide comprehensive support in managing daily operations, strategic initiatives, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
  • Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
  • Project Coordination
  • Assist in planning and executing strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Monitor the progress of key business objectives and provide updates.
  • Data Management
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents required by the Director.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Maintain confidential records and databases.
  • Operational Efficiency
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise.
  • Event and Travel Management
  • Organize company events, workshops, and conferences as required.
  • Manage the Director's travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
