This role is a mix of customer service, sales, and logistical coordination, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Key responsibilities
- Itinerary planning: Creating customized tour packages for clients based on their budget, interests, and needs.
 - Booking services: Handling reservations for flights, accommodations, transportation (such as car rentals or train tickets), and activities.
 - Customer service: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing information, addressing inquiries, and resolving travel-related issues that may arise before or during a trip.
 - Vendor negotiation: Collaborating with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure the best rates and services for clients.
 - Sales and promotion: Promoting and selling travel packages and special offers to meet sales and revenue targets.
 - Documentation and records: Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
 - Travel intelligence: Staying current with travel trends, destination details (customs, weather, currency), and regulations to provide informed recommendations.

- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication is essential for interacting with clients, vendors, and partners.
