  • Experience in 4C's of Underwriting (Creditworthiness, Capacity, Collateral, and Condition)
  • Skill in Salary Income Calculation and Self-Employment assessment
  • Knowledge of asset calculations, including DTI, LTV, and PITI

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in mortgage underwriting and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be expected to review credit reports, assess the borrower's creditworthiness, and make recommendations on loan approvals.
