Job Title

New mortgage lender offers various loan options. Established in 2003.

Technology and process efficiency are core to our business. We create digital products that enable seamless home loan experiences for buyers/borrowers.

Our intelligent servicing platform supports end-to-end mortgage processing from application to final payment. We develop CRM, point of sale, and loan origination software products and provide technical support.

Our business operations teams provide processing, underwriting, mortgage closing services, and ensure homeowners navigate complex world of mortgages with ease.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops thorough understanding of procedures by participating in knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Operational activities aligning with procedural requirements, including documents review, indexing.
  • Achieve/exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined.

Qualification & Core Competencies:

  • Arts and Science graduates required.
  • Excellent English language skills, fluent spoken and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Excel knowledge.
  • Willing to work US shift time zone.
