About Our Team

We are a team that specializes in mortgage lending services, operating as a subsidiary of one of the largest privately-owned direct mortgage lenders in the US.

Our primary focus is on creating innovative technology products to enhance digital home loan experiences for our customers.

Our intelligent servicing platform enables seamless end-to-end mortgage processing from application to final payment.

We also develop software products such as CRM, point of sale, and loan origination, providing training and technical support.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing backend operations related to US Mortgage domain.

This position requires individuals with strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of procedures and processes through participation in knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Perform operational tasks aligned with procedural requirements such as document review and indexing.
  • Achieve/exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity and quality metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Arts or Science
  • Excellent command of English language, both spoken and written
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with basic Excel functions
  • Willingness to work in US shift time zone 09:30 PM to 06:30 AM
