
Business Development Associate

Job Description
- Assist in day-to-day tasks and collaborate with Relationship Managers for activities related to business.
- Collect documents from clients and ensure completion of all necessary documents, signatures, and stamps.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and facilitate case clearance on the first attempt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation to ensure smooth processing of client transactions.
- Understand client businesses and provide appropriate working capital solutions.
- Deal with secured and unsecured lending, including Fund/non-Fund based products like Cash Credit, Demand Loan, BG, etc.
- Work closely with Branch Banking teams for new customer additions.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of clients and cater to their requirements.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers for business-related activities and assist in cross-selling.
- Encourage active clients to take up new facilities and products through regular communication.
- Address client uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions promptly.
- Communicate requests and acceptances of offers to the sales team for closure.
- Record successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer orientation.
- Self-motivated.
- Good relationship management skills.
- Effective communication and convincing/influencing abilities.
- Graduation is mandatory.
