We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role:The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing customer relationships, coordinating post-sales activities, and ensuring smooth internal operations. The role focuses on helping the team meet sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Support & Coordination:
- Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and other departments.
- Maintain and update customer information and databases.
- Order Processing & Delivery Coordination:
- Ensure timely processing of sales orders.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong Communication Skills: Good oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.
- Customer Support: You should have experience in providing excellent customer support.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and Word, familiarity with ERP/SAP and MIS reports, basic knowledge of material import processes, understanding of logistics and material handling, awareness of purchase order terms & conditions, and basic understanding of payment terms, taxation, and invoicing.
