Executive Secretary to Managing Director

- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Managing Director's schedule, coordinating meetings, setting agendas, and arranging logistics as needed.
- Secretarial Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Managing Director, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Travel Coordination: Organize and manage the Managing Director's travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution.
- Minute Taking: Accurately record minutes from various management meetings, maintaining a high level of detail and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience: Proven track record of working with senior management, possessing excellent diary management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Languages: Fluency in English, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi, with a preference for those with shorthand skills.
