About the Job

Join us as a strategic leader in quality excellence and sustainability. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the GCC region.

  • Influence senior leadership decisions to ensure adherence to global organization quality standards and sustainability goals.
  • Develop and execute quality strategies, visions, roadmaps, and objectives aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements applicable to our company from time to time.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
  • Establish robust processes for quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Own audit readiness, certification, and regulatory compliance across functions.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor, measure, and report on quality performance across the organization.
  • Champion a quality-centric culture, fostering continuous learning and quality ownership at every organizational level.
  • Collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders and external partners to align on quality expectations and to embed quality into all processes.
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading quality transformations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Driving change management and influencing internal stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing risk management methodologies.
  • Providing training and awareness programs to ensure compliance and drive behavioral change.
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of quality systems, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across departments.
  • Staying up-to-date with technological advancements, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, quality management, environment science, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in quality, sustainability, or EHS roles.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading quality transformations, continuous improvement initiatives, and large teams.
  • Expertise in root cause analysis, statistical process control, and risk management methodologies.
