Role Overview

As a Business Transformation and Strategy Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving profitable growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with C-Suite stakeholders to foster a culture of constant improvement and innovation.
  • Manage complex international programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery of key strategic initiatives.

Program Delivery Roadmaps

Develop comprehensive program delivery roadmaps, incorporating resources, outcomes, schedules, costs, assumptions, dependencies, and business integration plans.

Subject Matter Expertise

Serve as a subject matter expert in design and delivery, providing guidance and support to the wider business.

Communication and Governance

Ensure transparent communication of progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, adhering to defined standards and governance structures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of professional services experience with minimum of 5 years of related experience in designing and implementing changes to operating models.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager leading large and complex programs across matrix structured organizations.
  • Proven track record in managing and coordinating implementation with teams across different locations.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and the ability to drive sustainable changes within the organization.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to guide, influence, and convince colleagues, leaders, and external stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications

Relevant qualifications include MBA or equivalent, and relevant program management qualification: MSP/PMI/APM or equivalent. Experience in Employee Benefits / Pensions / Investments or HR Consulting business and solutions is highly desirable but not essential.
