Quality Excellence Specialist

Job Summary:
We seek a skilled Quality Excellence Specialist to drive continuous improvement in transaction quality and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for enhancing transaction quality and delivery.
- Manage claim quality and client-related KPIs, evaluating the effectiveness of TQ interventions.
- Strengthen quality management processes and frameworks to improve quality delivery.
- Capture and report SLA/SLO metrics accurately, setting up customized processes to meet client expectations.
- Generate innovative ideas and implement process improvement initiatives in accounts.
- Drive process control and compliance while managing audit requirements.
- Ensure efficient implementation of huddle, feedback, and refresher processes.
- Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams to perform COPC, FMEA, PFCU audits, and follow-ups based on observations/misses.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in International Voice Process in International BPO.
- Strong working knowledge of QUALITY Matrices.
- Excellent transactional quality domain knowledge.
- Good working knowledge of TTQ (Training; Transaction Quality) systems, tools, and technologies.
