Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description As a quality assurance specialist, you will be responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of eLearning courses. This includes verifying the quality of audio production, confirming that voice talent reads the storyboard accurately, and checking for proper formatting and synchronization.

Responsibilities
  • Verify the quality of audio production, including voice talent reading the storyboard accurately with proper inflection, speed, and pronunciation.
  • Confirm that text transcripts are formatted as per standards.
  • Check for spelling and grammar errors in visuals and on-screen text.
  • Ensure that interactivities function as described in the storyboard, including feedback functions and click-to-reveal items.
  • Test courses in various browsers and player menu items to confirm functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain consistent and committed to tasks assigned.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in technical writing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to balance multiple projects concurrently.
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience, with 2+ years' experience in Quality Analysis.
